I hate companies that don't test their crap properly before releasing it or release it anyway with known problems. Advanced Optimus is just naff I have to manually make sure it's set to Nvidia GPU which most of the time it doesn't do on its own then set it before. Normal Optimus worked well for my last 4 laptops but advanced. Where can I buy it? EDIT: just wanted to leave this here for the record.

I contacted Razer support to submit my problem with that product, they asked me things like purchase proof, date of purchase etc They accepted the case by asking me to cut the cord of my product instead of sending it back to them.
They needed photos of it, so I took a few shots, even a video to prove them that I cut the cord. Photos have been accepted, and then, they told me that they were out of stock of Orbweaver Chroma and that this product will never be in stock again. Instead, they asked me if I wanted the Tartarus Pro Analog, which "has better features" as they said, and that it was the only option.
I asked them if it was possible to be refunded, they said no, so I accepted the Tartarus Pro Analog. But since then, it's mess, I've been waiting for more than a month now, and they're starting to say "You never sent us the product with the shipping label we sent you".
The thing is, they never asked me to send the product, and more, I never received a shipping label. Now they say they can't refund me because it's more than 14 days, but they doesn't offer me a replacement product. What should I do? I'm lost in all of this. If I move the gamepad or press a gamepad button on my Xbox One controller, the tooltips will switch to gamepad instructions, but they will go away after a split second.
It's quite annoying and makes it difficult to play with a controller. If I unplug my mouse the tooltips will switch back to controller mappings all the time. I'm thinking it must have something to do with the mouse input. THX is active and synapse is running. Unplugging and plugging back in did not fix it.

Recently there were a couple updates to Synaspe that i noticed and some of them updated and i kinda put the others it asked for on the back burner, as i work all day and just want to relax and play games.
It requires a hard reset to work again. I already tried to actually update and reinstall Synaspe and reinstall the drivers. Unplugging and replugging them dont work either. But its also happened in the middle of doing something so idk. Please try using the mouse and keyboard while Razer Synapse 3 is disabled and check if the same issue occurs.

Is it possible to replace the old wires of a Razer Kraken with that of a mouse wire if soldered right and will it affect any of the features of the headset? If it is possible, can I just use any replacement mouse wires for the repair or do I need a specific type of wire?
I'm asking this because my brother handed his old pair to me after he bought a new one and his old Razer Kraken would lose audio whenever the cable would be moved and the screen would lag or freeze until the computer can detect the headset again.

The problem is that I still occasionally get key spamming even though the firmware update is installed. It usually happens when alt-tabbing and rarely with other keys. I can't really recreate it intentionally and seems kinda random. Does the issue occur when Razer Synapse is disabled? My Razer Nari ultimate make a high-pitched sound in left side when plugged in which I thought was the extension cable but when I replaced it the headphones started to make that high pitched sound again.

Has anyone of you had this same problem and how do I fix it? I already opened the mouse and cleaned, the edges of the sensor, but to no success Can I just replace my sensor? Or fix it in some sort of way?
Since you have already opened the mouse, it will be better to replace the sensor. Do you have some sort of tutorial I can follow or can you guide me through the process or provide me with a new sensor? Unfortunately, we do not have repair documentation and internal spare parts. We provide a replacement unit if a mouse has been identified to be faulty and it is still within the 2-year limited warranty period.
I think it's not covered by the warranty anymore. You'll have to try to source the exact same sensor online. Maybe find a defective Mamba with a working sensor, open up your mouse and replace the sensor. Those are pretty hard to come by but you could always try checking sites like eBay or Amazon. But it's like a microchip. Will I have to pull that out and solder in a new one by myself?
And you say, that it's pretty hard to come by. Isn't it better to just buy a new mouse at that point? You'd have to seek help from someone with experience in that department. Getting a better mouse would be much easier though. There are a lot of new and better sensors available on newer Razer mice. Plugged directly into the laptop's USB port. The scroll wheel seems to be pretty resistant. The scrolling is much tougher than my previous SteelSeries Rival I tested the middle mouse click on my coffee scale and it reaches about g when it clicks. Is this correct? Scrolling on your mouse should be more tactile than most. We can't say much for the SteelSeries Rival though as we don't really have experience with the mouse. Would you say that the resistance ruins your user experience?
